Responsibilities:

• Technical Execution: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable growth-focused features and tools.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with Head of Marketing and with cross-functional teams, including Product, Platform, and Analytics, to develop and implement data-driven growth strategies tailored to our customer-facing digital experience.
• Lead the development of our CRM infrastructure.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics and A/B testing frameworks to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance. Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• User Experience: Work closely with the UX/UI team to ensure an optimal customer journey, from acquisition through retention.
• Scalability: Ensure all growth-related solutions are scalable, maintaining performance as user numbers increase.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in growth and implement relevant strategies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a growth-focused role in a fast-scaling tech company.
• Fluent in full-stack development, including but not limited to React, TypeScript, and .NET.
• Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Strong experience with A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong data querying and analysis experience.
• Experience in data engineering a strong plus.
