We are seeking a special individual to join the growing Neko Health as a Customer Care Lead. As our first team member in this role, you will be a pioneer in creating a new standard of healthcare that puts customers first. This is a role for someone who is not afraid of challenges and is ready to relentlessly push the boundaries of what is possible to exceed all expectations.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of customer communication channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and exceptional customer service to existing and prospective customers
- Delight customers and proactively resolve issues before they reveal themselves
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Embody our brand tone and voice across channels
- Be an internal champion for the customer, relaying testimonials, and feedback to teams across the company
Requirements
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Others have described you as empathetic, curious, and bold
- You have prior experience in a customer-first environment, such as e-commerce, sales, or hospitality
- Your former superiors can vouch for and provide excellent references
- Knowledge of CRM software and helpdesk systems is a strong plus

Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is convenient and affordable for the public. The company is based in Stockholm and has 35 employees across Europe.
